Services & Fees

Bailey Health & Wellness is currently a self-pay/private-pay practice only and is not in-network with insurance plans at this time.

Superbills and itemized receipts are available upon request for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier directly regarding eligibility, reimbursement rates, claim submission requirements, and benefit questions. Bailey Health & Wellness PLLC does not bill insurance companies directly or manage reimbursement-related communications on a client's behalf.

Payment is required in advance to reserve appointment times. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.

HSA/FSA cards and major credit cards accepted.

Therapy

Grounded in a relational, integrative, and humanistic-existential approach, my therapy emphasizes authenticity, self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful connection. Services are informed by neuroscience, attachment theory, and evidence-based practices while remaining responsive to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) may also be incorporated as clinically appropriate.

A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available to discuss treatment goals, answer questions, and determine whether services may be a good fit.

Extended Collaboration & Professional Services

Brief communication and coordination are often incorporated into ongoing consultation, supervision, or professional relationships.

When professional services extend beyond routine communication and require meaningful time outside of scheduled meetings—such as extensive record review, documentation requests, collateral communication, school coordination, provider consultation, or other related activities—services may be billed at a rate of $50 per additional 15-minute increment.

Whenever possible, anticipated billable services will be discussed in advance and agreed upon collaboratively so that individuals and organizations can make informed decisions regarding the scope of services requested and associated costs.
