Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and I hold that time with care and intention.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited

I understand that unexpected things happen. In limited circumstances, a one-time exception may be considered. Situations involving significant illness or emergency may also be considered for full reimbursement.

This structure helps maintain consistency, protects dedicated time, and supports the integrity of our work together.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time and are responsible for the full session fee.

Why Prepayment?

Prepayment allows sessions to be held as a protected, consistent space for your work. It also reduces administrative burden and helps maintain a clear, reliable structure for both client and provider.

Refund Policy

If you choose to end services early or have unused sessions:

  • Unused sessions may be eligible for a refund

  • Refunds are based on the number of sessions not yet used

You’re welcome to end services at any time. While advance notice is not required, it is often helpful as part of a thoughtful and supportive transition process.

Refunds apply to unused sessions only. Sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.

If you are using a prepaid package:

  • Sessions are applied as they are used

  • Any remaining sessions at the time services end may be refunded based on the original purchase

This structure allows sessions to be held as dedicated, consistent time for your care while maintaining a clear and reliable process for both scheduling and billing.
